Losing weight can feel like and never-ending battle but, it doesn’t have to.
If you're like most people, the decision to lose weight is followed by going on a diet.
While your diet is extremely important for weight releasing and weight management, going on A DIET is a completely different matter altogether.
Studies and research confirm, going on a diet is ineffective for sustainable weight loss.
Going on a diet to lose weight can be likened to going into a garden that has become overrun with weeds and simply trimming the weeds. The garden may look better for a brief period but, in no time, the weeds are dominating the garden again. If you do not get to the root of the problem, your success will be fleeting and your struggle overwhelming. Just as the weeds quickly return, so does the weight you lose on a diet.

I think it is important to note that while this course offers some suggestion on eating right for your weight, it is not a diet course. This course teaches self-hypnosis techniques that allow you to mentally reframe and easily alter all your unhealthy, self-sabotaging habits.
This course can be used in combination with any diet or no diet at all.
